Medical Release Forms

Hi Everyone. It seems that there is a medical release form for the school district that needs to be signed by parents before travel. This means that I will have to bring them to the airport and have you sign them there. Other than that and one person's passport copy, I have everything else. You're welcome to send questions my way.
